These terms apply when you use clicknpay.com.au or order from Click n Pay and our meat brand, Swan Valley Meats, 624 Great Northern Hwy, Herne Hill WA 6056 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order request you agree to them.

1. Order requests

When you send an order through the website, you are sending us an order request, not a completed purchase. We will contact you to confirm the order, the final weights and price, and your delivery or collection time. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you. We may decline or change an order request, for example if a product is unavailable, and we will let you know if we do.

2. Prices and weights

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• Fresh and freshly frozen products are priced per kilogram unless stated otherwise. The kilograms you choose are a guide: meat is weighed when your order is packed, so the final weight and price may be slightly above or below your estimate. We confirm the final price with you before you pay.
• The total shown in your basket is an estimate only.
• Whole and half body orders are quoted on hanging weight and are by enquiry only.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you.

3. Payment

We do not take payment on this website. Payment is arranged when we confirm your order, and must be made before or at the time you receive your goods unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Delivery and Click & Collect

• Click & Collect: collect your order from Swan Valley Meats, 624 Great Northern Hwy, Herne Hill, at the time we confirm with you.
• Delivery: we deliver across Perth, and offer Australia-wide shipping on selected products. Delivery availability, timing and any delivery charge are confirmed with your order.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive a delivery, and refrigerate or freeze products as soon as you receive them. Once an order has been delivered or collected, it is your responsibility to store it safely.

5. Halal

Our meat is 100% certified halal. Certification details are available on request.

6. Refunds, exchanges and problems with your order

Because our products are fresh food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If something is wrong with your order (for example it is not what you ordered, it is short, or it is not of acceptable quality), please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day you receive it, keep the product refrigerated, and send us a photo if you can. We will work with you to put it right with a replacement, credit or refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees and other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Catering

Catering enquiries sent through the website are requests for a quote. A catering booking is confirmed only when we have agreed the menu, quantities, price and date with you. Any deposit, final numbers deadline or cancellation terms will be confirmed with your quote.

8. Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale, restaurant and bulk orders are quoted separately, and any terms we agree with you for those orders apply in addition to these.

9. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but photos are for illustration only and cuts can vary in size, shape and appearance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid for them.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
